Print Media

Print has been a constant throughout my career, from concept and design through production and final delivery. My experience spans advertising, direct mail, brochures, catalogs, publications, sales collateral, packaging, signage, and large-format graphics. With a strong understanding of typography, color, prepress, and production, I enjoy creating print pieces that are visually engaging, brand-consistent, and built correctly from the start.

RCCS Fundraiser Program Ad

Every year I host a breast cancer fundraiser at my photography studio, Raccoon Creek Creative Studio. This past year a local organization called Inspiring Life Together had some members come to model. We raised over $800 for the organization, and as a thank you, they offered the studio a half-page ad in its annual Gala’s program guide. I was excited to be able to use my own photography for the image.

Elsa Mobile Billboard

Professional celebrity impersonator Christina Shaw was launching a new offering, Elsa from Frozen, for children's birthday parties. She decided to advertise on a mobile billboard, so I was able to work up this really fun, frozen-inspired design. This ran for a few months all over Las Vegas.

WamOil Magazine Campaign

This was one of a series of magazine ads I designed for WamOil’s THC/CBD products. I liked this design because of all the open space and simple approach. It is also always great to have a full-page color ad to design.

Oda’s Promotional Poster

This was for the multilingual rock band Oda’s. They were playing at a Six Degrees art exhibition and needed a poster to help promote. This was a lot of fun because I got to get a little grungy with the design, which isn't something I get to do very often. I really love how this captures the vibe of the band and still communicates the info clearly.

Lamb Financial Brochure

Lamb Financial Group offers benefit packages to small and mid-sized companies, and they needed a brochure to hand out at promotional events, conventions, and business offices. I love to play with typography and had a lot of fun on the cover using the text both vertically and horizontally and helping accent the photos. Another fun challenge was how to organize all the logos on the back of all shapes and sizes.

Eagles Landing Direct Mail

It's always fun to design direct mail, especially self-mailers. The challenge is usually lots of information that needs to be included. This mailer for Eagles Landing is a good example of that challenge while still being appealing enough to want to be opened.
