• Vetted and managed our outsourcing partner to meet demands of scale.

• Worked with a programmer to use data signals to create our first partially dynamic display ads to alleviate the need to outsource and meet workload demands.

• Helped conceive and build our first in-house dynamic display ad offering before it was available from vendors.

• Self-taught and utilized a new technology that allowed us to white-label a vendor for dynamic display ads, eliminating the work and cost to maintain our in-house offering.

• Became our department's first culture warrior, helping to maintain good morale.

• Learned how to implement the company's first retargeting campaign by reading user variables from cookies in their browser.

• Helped conceive and engineer single-source data sets to be used within other data sheets to manage large clients' assets and ad serving dynamically.
